I recently decided to try concentrate, but wasn't sure what tools to use. Dragonfly referred me to Looking Glass and I'm so glad they did. I don't remember the sales rep, but he was a tremendous help and recommended the Puffco heated loading tool. It's worked beautifully and I highly recommend these guys for all your needs.

Wow! So many different kinds of products to choose from, and not to mention the beautiful art work in glass and canvas, plus! The artists that make all these diffrent things are truly talented I could stare at all of what is in display like forever. Truly spectacular and its quite remarkable. The Looking Glass Smoke Shop and Gallery really does have something for everyone. I recomend to anyone who hasn't been there yet a 1,000% that they need to check it out.
