Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The employee who tried to fix my screen did the best he could. Unfortunately, not only did my screen not get fixed, but their system malfunctioned and fried my Sim card. The employee that called to explain the situation said their system has technical difficulties all the time, so be wary of that if you bring your device here. Luckily, Asurion is amazing and I already have a new phone on the way.

These guys are seriously awesome! Some sticky, syrupy medication spilled on my phone and got into the volume key, making it stick in one position so I couldn't turn it up or down. I took it into these guys and not only did they get it cleaned out, they didn't even charge me! It feels like great customer service is a bit rare these days, so it was a nice surprise.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly and the price was way better than I expected. In fact, the price was phenomenal! And the phone works like a charm. Be aware that it is a very slow process to drop off your device and pick it up. I was there for about 30 minutes when I dropped off my phone, and there was nobody afraid of me, so you'll want to go at a time when you're not in a rush. There were people in ahead of me when I came to pick up so maybe that could be faster, but I was there for about 25 minutes then too. I did notice that there was a guy in front of me that came to get his phone. They couldn't repair his phone so they didn't charge him anything, which I thought was really cool, since they still put in time and effort. They didn't even have any kind of service fee, just gave him back his broken phone and let him go.

Ethan and Jackson were awesome to work with today. I needed my phone fixed quickly as I couldn't get the parts to fix the phone on my own. They got it fixed in a couple hours and were kind in our interactions. Thank you very much Ethan and Jackson
