I believe that you can, but I'm not sure. Call the Citrus County Clerk of Court and they will be able to tell you.
According to the FAQ on the clerk's website:
"Except when previously released in a lawful manner, every arrested person is taken before a judge, by electronic audiovisual device within 24 hours of arrest, for first appearance."
How could I find an address for oldest son's mother to serve child custody papers? She collects ssi and disability and child support from me and all her bills are in someone else's name, because she is not able to handle real life. But has 2 kids!
