SO HELPFUL and I'm not being facetious. I'm helping my companion detangle again and NEEDED supplies. (Sensing my desperation yet lol) I stopped in to see if they do some public sales. HQ will be glad to know they don't violate policy. But they did very nicely direct me to Sally's. Thanks 🙂

the associates at cosmoprof are always friendly and willing to help you find what you need. the only negative (and this isn’t their fault) is i hate having to go to multiple supply shops to get what i need. i understand salon centric and cosmoprof are competitors but it’s a huge pain to get some products here, and other products at salon centric. it’s impossible to find one line that works on everyone, so i cherry pick from brands. but overall: amazing service, great selection

Kira at the River Road store in Eugene, Oregon was an amazing help to me today, I called in what I needed, drove up from Cottage Grove and she had it all ready! Out the door in a flash and on to my next errand. Thank you Kira 💕
