Kohls is always a great store hpwever today there were several ppl using the bathroom and I had to walk into this. I am disabled and have trouble getting up from a non handicapped stool. This shows the grossness of ppl. They should clean up after themselves.

Thank you Shauna (Sorry if I spelled your name wrong). She was very helpful for a item I have been calling multiple Kohls for. I called in to reserve a Squishmallow with a SKU. The call was quick and easy. She went and looked in the back for me as well! Shauna was very friendly and felt dependable. The other Kohls felt like they were unattentive and didn’t know what they were doing, but Shauna did! Today she made my pick up experience hassle free! Thank you so much, I appreciate you.

I usually have good experiences here, but today the worker that I talked to was really rude. His name was Rufino and he is a really rude guy! I went to ask about a price of something and he raised his voice and told me to take it or leave it and he wouldn’t give me any discount even though I was only asking about the price. Very rude and if he ever reads this I hope he learns to fix up his attitude.

The people that work there are smart. The first thing you see when you walk in are these really nice Adidas hoodies and sweat pants. It get the shopping juices flowing. Once my wife and I saw those we walked around looking at everything else. We only planned on buying a single backpack. Let’s just say we bought allot more. The store is nice and clean. The people that work there are friendly enough. The only issue we had was when we went to check out all the lines where closed. A woman yelled across an aisle to check out at the service desk. That didn’t sit with me well. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. We did walk out with some nice stuff though.
