I went into the store looking for a product I needed but had never used before. I explained my situation to the owner who told me he would have to convince me why something different was what I really needed. The product he was suggesting was double the price of what I went there for I told him I only had enough money for the cheaper one he said don't worry about that I want you to get the best product for what you need. He gave me the better product for half the price. This showed me how much he cared about what I needed and that I'd have the best outcome. He was not judgmental he explained how to use the product to have the best results. I'll never go anywhere else. He's my guy and this is my store. Thank you so so much.

Update: I visited again today 9/1/18. Olivia sad very helpful and was able to explain products to me. This store is clean and organized. The sales associate was super helpful and seemed to enjoy her job. I didnt feel looked down upon like I have at other stores or with other associates.

It feels strange when you stand outside of the store with no one in it for hours. With other guy starring into your soul as he stands by the cashier. I'm not sure what I should be scared of. The over priced products, the strange music that plays softly. Or the man by the cashier. Please bring a friend when going into this store X3
