I booked this venue for a high school graduation in July 2021 and I had a wonderful experience with the venue and owners. The venue was available from 8 AM - 12 PM allowing us enough time to decorate and prep. The price was within our budget and they provided chairs and round tables. The owner, Pamela, was very friendly and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend this venue for small events (around 100 guests) to anyone inLakeland, FL. There are two bathrooms.. one with a baby changing station which is great. The dumpster was located right outside the door making cleaning up easy. I would recommend providing some type of cleaning supplies (PineSol or Fabuloso) as I assumed the venue would have some. Luckily, i live 3 minutes from the location and was able to drive home to pick up my Fabuloso to clean the floors.

Price with taxes: Sunday- $696 Monday to Thursday- $428 Friday- $803 Saturday- $910 There is an additional refundable security deposit of $300 to reserve your date and to cover damages, if any, occur. The venue is equipped with tables and chairs for up to 100 guests. The space can be utilized between the hours of 8 am and 12 midnight.
