My husband and I worked with the salesman Kyle and we were extremely happy with him. He never pushed anything on us, we were trying to chose between a leather sectional that was available right away and another that we really really liked that wouldn't be in until September. He was very patient and rang in saying we should get what we really like and not settle, even though the leather one was slightly more money. My husband suffers from extreme anxiety and tends to use self depreciation humor to cope. Kyle matched his energy perfectly and kept him at ease which he certainly appreciated. We both enjoyed the experience at Cardis and Kyle's professionalism, friendliness and knowledge will guarantee our return.

I had an great experience working with Emily Henderson and Lisa in mattresses. Both were very attentive and genuinely concerned with the outcome of my project. I had an entire house to furnish and Emily listened, provided suggestions, and patiently worked with me as I changed my mind many times. In the end, I am extremely satisfied with the furniture selection and could not have done as well with it without Emily’s assistance.

****update**** Management called me and expressed that sincere apology for my experience. They made it right and I receive my bed frame with no more issues. If you need furniture I would go when management is around and if you have an issue they will fix it. ***orginal**** I went into the store on 4/15/22, to purchase a bed frame. I purchased the bed frame and was told I could pick it up. The salesman was Zach super helpful. This gets a 1 star because when I went to pick it up there was no packaging, it wasn’t wrapped, zero protection. I was told at that time this was my responsibility to provide. The staff was extremely rude and there was zero management working. Zero accountability.

This was such a special day for my friend Doreen who is about to get married. We met with Lisa marziale-Riley, she had listened to her concerns and her dream of the perfect adjustable king size bed & mattress! She made the entire experience a memorable one for sure! Especially because this was a huge investment for her! We had fun and she was so happy and excited for her purchase!! If you are in need of a mattress please visit Lisa you will not be disappointed! I even ended up purchasing the most amazing pillow EVER!!!
