Really grateful for the service I got here from one of the guys, Sergio. He was super helpful and kind and worked with me even thought I came in not knowing exactly what I needed. Needed a tire mounted and balanced I called every Firestone in the state and no one could get me in today. I called they took me right in and got me on my way thanks again for making time for me

Called everywhere for an inspection. The got me in same day. Took an hour, maybe less. It seemed busy. Alyssa did a great job keeping customers informed as far as progress. She was very organized. Definitely go there again

My car is under warranty with this place. I went there and gave the person working two papers. They only looked at the front page. Didn't bother to flip it over or actually read it because after looking through it, they still asked me all the information provided right on the paper in front of them.. They said they didnt have me in the "fleet system" whatever that means, so they had me wait about like an hour just to tell me to go home and they will call me back.. on my way home my tire goes completely flat, luckily I made it to a gas station. Didnt have the tools to change the tire so had to call and wait for someone for 2 hours. I drive back to pep boys... which I called and told what happened n was told when I come back I just have to give them the keys and I'm good. Nah, they had to make me wait as they called my warranty company. They didnt ask me for any paperwork this time so they had all the information... but still waited until I came back just to begin that process which made me waited even longer. Then when I finally sent my car in, it took a little over another 30 mins.. and they didnt even bother aligning the car too when they should have I feel if the car is all under warranty with them. So a simple trip to change a tire legit became a 6 hour process for me. Which is kinda crazy. Also be careful when calling this place and giving them your contact info. When I was there, They will ask for your address and phone number and name while they have you on speaker phone. The entire business in the front can hear you. In my line of work, I could be fined thousands for something like that.
