Me and my husband brought a pig here not too long ago and just received our meat. All of the cuts were perfect and got back more than we expected.

I brought a cow here two weeks ago and asked for various cuts. They not only met my expectations but surpass them with professional retail cuts. The vacuum sealing is a nice touch as well. Upon picking up my meat it was loaded into the coolers of my truck in a timely manner where I met the owner, Robert, who is a nice gentleman who runs a professional establishment. Will be coming again next year!

We visited several facilities looking for a place to have a steer butchered. My husband used to own a meat cutting business and knew exactly what he was looking for in a processing plant. We found it at Modern Heritage. They allowed us to tour the entire facility. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the packaging process, as well as the staff. Travis took time to show us around and was super helpful. David, the butcher, stopped to talk to us and answer questions. Everyone there is friendly and courteous. We just picked up our meat today. Again, we were impressed. The packaging is awesome, the meat looks great, the staff helpful, courteous and professional. An exemplary experience, this place is indeed a hidden gem! We are really happy and highly recommend Modern Heritage. We most definitely will return!
