Although Publix are nice, clean grocery stores, everyone knows you pay more for their stellar customer service. Well unfortunately today was the first time in my life I've ever had a nasty, rude, impatient, hostile cashier. I asked for assistance with my groceries, she snapped at me like a hungry alligator, and told me they were to busy 🐊, I asked she pack the bags light, she acted as though I asked her ti stand on her head and made strange huffing noises. She practically threw the bags back at me. Then tapped her foot impatiently while I got my payment out. No it wasn't a check. 😅. I smiled , said have a nice day, looked at her name tag and will be contacting her manager. Horrendous behavior and you know what? I was standing there with my cane the entire time. Yes, I'm disabled. Not acceptable treatment for anyone. That's why I didn't mention that in the beginning of my review.

This review is solely intended for the bakery at this Publix only. We ordered the Country Romance Wedding cake for our Wedding with the customization of our Wedding date, 8/5/22, located within the carved heart. The order taken by the Bakery Manager was written correctly. The employee that did the cake caving could not have messed it up more by carving the date of 1/5/22. If you think that it is January outside then go walk outside where it's 100°. We paid good money for this cake for our Special day. The delivery driver didn't notice the mistake until he arrived at our Venue. He did what he could to try and fix it but it wasn't a good outcome. At least the taste was excellent, traditional Publix great flavor.

I love Publix! The shelves are always stocked with the products I need. The deli counter has a great selection of meats and cheeses. Possibly the best experience is knowing you do not have a long wait at the end of your shopping trip. There is almost always an empty lane or you are second in line. Plus the cashier usually has an associate to bag the groceries. Also, I have a mom who is handicapped. The motorized carts are always plenty and charged. An associate follows you to the car and takes that cart back. Best experience for her(mom) at any store when walking is painful. You do pay a little extra for quality. But I will take quality over bad experiences.

Publix always delivers an exceptional experience... I found the parking lot to be well-lit and plenty of parking spots available up front even though they were busy... Christmas shopping seem to be in full swing but the lines were still extremely short... I always appreciate how all Publix Employees seem to go out of their way to make me feel welcome... this Publix is located across from the Catholic High School and conveniently located on my way home along Southwest 27th
