I've been all over the world. This place has the best brisket outside of Austin, TX. Can't wait to go back and try the ribs.

After driving past this place since they opened a few years ago, seeing how busy they were last Sunday, we checked on-line reviewd and decided to have lunch there today. Casual with focus on the food. I had the BBQ hand pulled pork sandwich, smoked mac & cheese, and brocolli salad. Hubby had the Premium brisket with smoked hillbilly beans. Everything was so delicious. Good service and very cordial and appreciative owners. Highly recommend this place. Looking forward to going back soon.

Spending the weekend at Raystown Resort and found Backwoods Smoke. Food was AWESOME,we had the 3 meat platter, dozen BBQ wings, smoked mac and cheese. We had for supper warmed up on blackstone....FANTASTIC. We also had fresh cut fries for the road. We will be back

Pretty good Barbecue Ribs and Brisket. Definitely a go to place for Barbecue. Not a very big place to eat indoors, only 5 tables. But there is a fair sized pavilion for outdoor dining. My first visit, but definitely not my last.
