Love this place!! Got a flat tire on the trail but it was repaired in a short period of time thanks to awesome vending machine that has a supply of tubes in it and a tire changing station with tools and all! And also, very nice trails that are fun to ride on! Would give it a 6 star review if I could!!

Dont believe there is a rule against it . just be aware of bikes coming up from behind you . Generally speaking , its advised to walk trail opposite flow of bike traffic , and call out when you see them coming .
