We stayed in the ridge loop. Beautiful camp site. We had 50 amp electric but NO water...fyi...you should check. We did fine but did not shower in the rv which we usually do.

We were really impressed with the quality of the camp ground. The sites are nice and the bathroom/shower facilities are well-maintained. I will echo what I few people have mentioned: it seems to lean toward RVs, not tents. We happened to have a site on the end so we had more grass space than most sites. There's plenty of space for a tent but it would need to be placed in the gravel. Each site has it's own picnic table and fire ring with cooking rack. Each loop has it's own bathroom facility but not every loop has it's own showers. The park does have rangers that drive around regularly and rules are enforced. The campground has numerous playgrounds, trails, bike paths and disc golf courses. The beach and recreational area around the lake is also beautiful and well-maintained. We were really happy with our experience here. Beautiful place.

We camped in the Point campground @ site #114, under the trees. Very private with a small opening in trees to view the lake. Electric hook up with nearby water on this very level site (but then show us a site @ ACOE that is not). Beautiful, peaceful and serene. Great place to try out a kayak for the first time!

Remember to fill your fresh water tanks before proceeding to your site. You can fill fresh at the dump station. Sites are spacious and the proximity to mountain bike trails is great.
