The change machine took a ten dollar bill. So I called Stan I guess he’s the owner and the first time I didn’t get an answer but the second time I did and he was polite but he told me he would be there around 8:30pm, this happened at 12pm... I didn’t respect that and will not use that place again.

Convenient location. There are very few laundromats in Altoona, and while this one isn't the fanciest, it gets the job done in an area of town that was desperately in need of a laundromat. Very glad the Wishy Washy was re-opened (and the new owners are very nice people as well!) Ps. Dry your clothes on medium instead of high. Please, just do it. Trust me on this.
