Great experience there. Picked up a modular helmet and a comm system, and ended up getting a new cover for my Harley. The best part of this was the team there. The person who helped me was competent, had all the answers, was service-oriented and just a pleasure to work with. He helped me save so much time of choosing by understanding what I needed and directed me to exactly what my options were. He then installed the comms on my helmet and got me out the door to be in a meeting I had to be at. Really impressed.

Cool place to get the gear and some of the supplies you need to keep your bike running and to be able to ride safely. Customer service is always good. Store appears clean. Not the best parking lot to get in and out of but don't let that stop you from coming

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
