As a new rider I came into the store with very little knowledge. Reese not only made sure I got all the gear that would keep me safe but he also spent 2+ hours helping me to go through and understand it all. The time he spent making sure I was squared away even pushed back his lunch break and even still he wanted to make sure I got the right gear that was going to keep me safe and comfortable. Not to mention the other staff readily chimed in to give their opinions that all felt like genuine opinions and I never felt like they were trying to sell me something just for the sale. I highly recommend this store especially if you are new to riding and want some great advice.

Great selection of jackets and helmets. Was perfect for my son to be able to try on items to get the correct fit. Was able to find the jacket he wanted with the shield inserts that allow me to feel a little bit more comfortable with him riding. Great sales staff!

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
