She provided a virtual tour via video since we weren't able to meet in person and even found us a better deal. Nicole has made this transition smooth and easy.

Would definitely recommend! The staff is super friendly and understanding. Especially leasing agent Brian Sanchez who has been a great help throughout the stressful process of looking for an apartment. From day one he has gone above and beyond! His professionalism was the best I’ve experienced throughout my time here.

Well I can not speak for anyone else, but for myself my partner Will and our dog Toffee, our move here in March and forward we have nothing but great things to say about Alterra. We live in building 19 and any maintenance issues we’ve had were dealt with the same day. Also, on Saturday they close at 5:00 pm and I brought my dog out for a walk and then we needed to go to the UPS store by 6pm and I realized right at 5 pm that I forgot my key 😬 so I sprinted to the office got there at about 5:05 and one of the guys was still in there I wish I got his name but normally after hours you get charged a $150 lock out fee however the kind gentleman in the office gave me a spare key and asked that I just return it the next day. I am so beyond grateful AND I made it to the UPS store by 6 pm with time to spare. The place is brilliant and beautiful I have never been more happy than I am at this apartment and we plan on staying a very long time! ☺️

Lately I’ve been looking around for apartments. Most of them I’ve seen were good but the one that stood out the most was Altera. Leasing agent Brian Sanchez was very understanding and didn’t make me feel overwhelmed as this was my first time getting an apartment. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Wish more agents were like Brian.
