Great experience for oil and filter change and our complimentary free state inspections. Our scheduled appointment was for 12:30pm . At that exact time we drove into the open bay , were greated immediately with your technician and after a very short discussion and signing paperwork the process was begun. I returned home and within a very reasonable time recieved a call from the dealership that our vehicle was ready for pickup . Simple payment and we were on our way back home. It was a really excellent experience. Nice way to work with a costomer. Thank you

Very easy to deal with Dan did an awesome job! The staff overall is very friendly and helpful!!! There was some damaged that occurred to my new vehicle before delivery that could have been 100% avoided. It's not that the damage happened, it's that no one knows who did it or how it happened that enrages me. The GM should have stepped in to assist in this issue, but he was not heard from. I will continue to patronize this facility but will be significantly stricter with who has possession of my vehicle moving forward. Accidents happen but total complacency and lack of ownership is inexcusable. I hold a large dealership like this to higher standards and for that, they have failed miserably. In response to rectifying the situation, painting a new vehicle is not an option nor is ordering a new one and waiting 8 months to receive. The GM should have been present and he should have found a suitable replacement and did whatever it takes to get said replacement. That is customer service and that is how you should have handled this situation!!!! Dan the salesman can only do so much for you as a customer and he knocked it out of the park! Thanks DAN!!!
