Always a friendly well lit location to get snacks and gas they have all you would expect at a quick stop gas station and more. As well as Showers and other amenities for truckers when they are looking for a nice place to stop and refresh themselves after a long day of driving. And I believe they have plenty of parking out back of the building for the trucks but can't be sure. I've never been back there but can see all the trucks from the street. And if the Pilot food selection isn't enough for your appetite try the Arby's in the other side of the building not five feet away in the same lobby. Thank you for visiting our little town on Dubois

Drive all day just to come here to shower and rest only to have to wait over two hours for a shower. They have 15 showers!? I walked in and no one is even cleaning the showers or anything! Just standing around talking. The only reason I purchase fuel from Pilot is because of the free showers. I'll go else where from now on. (NEVER RECEIVED A SHOWER)

Good customer service is so hard to find. I'm a truck driver. I walk in past the counter where two employees are, and no one greets me. After a couple of minutes, I am in front of the store and I say hello. No response by either employee. Then, I walk up to the counter to purchase my things, face to face, and the employee still doesn't greet me. Just starts ringing up my stuff with her head down. I finally say something about it to the employee, and her response was basically that she didn't know I was talking to her. Maybe I'm "old fashioned," but isn't part of customer service greeting the customers, especially if they're right in front of your face buying something? Lol smh
