Generally I do not have any problems. What I do have a problem with, is the guy who drove my truck into something and didn’t say anything to me. I have a dash cam and have it all on footage including audio stating “oh **** she has a dashcam”. I have very clear proof of the original technician and other technicians around that had awareness of the situation. I also have the identity of the technician who was driving my truck when he crashed it.

2-Stars because Conner (Service Installer) was professional and courteous. All other parties involved completely failed. Telling a customer that they have no guarantee that Safelite will provide them with the windshield their vehicle requires, will not guarantee they will show up and if they do. They are not responsible if it's the wrong windshield is baffling. Very unfortunate how your customer service representatives treat your customers. Argumentative when a customer provides a valid question. Aggressive towards customer when Safelite is clearly in the wrong ( sending the wrong windshield). Furthermore, leaving a customer with a damaged windshield could be considered a major liability issue that has been addressed and failed to be resolved. Lastly being dismissive when asked about retrieving a managers contact information, is simply unacceptable. I hope Safelite choose to value their customers more then the services in which they are currently providing.

Exceptional. Every detail was set up beforehand, so the intake process was very quick. The man with whom I met was polite and professional, and he quoted me 2.5 hours. My truck was finished in just over half that time, and the quality of the installation seems fine so far with no added wind noise more than the factory glass created. They did exactly what they said for the price they quoted (insurance covered every penny) in half the time.

I was going to have my windshield replaced but the service rep said that replacing my windshield would break the side moldings on my car. He said that they would order the parts and get back with me in a couple days. A week had gone by and I hadn't heard anything. I called them and after waiting on the phone for awhile I was informed that that service rep marked my service as complete. I restarted that it was not replaced and they apologized and sait they would contact my insurance and then the manager would contact me about how to proceed. Another week goes by and I still haven't heard anything. I called again today and was on hold for almost 30 minutes and still don't have an answer. I was no longer able to wait because my lunch break was over. I asked if the manager had a direct line or if I could leave my number for them so they could call me and they said no and that I will need to call back. I will be calling them again after I get off work today to hopefully get this resolved.

A few hours, but it you want it done correctly the first time I wouldn't recommend going here.
