Stayed for 4 days and not even once was my room cleaned. I went to complain to the front desk after. They told me they were sorry. One day the room service "had gone home already" another day the were going to send it right away, but they didn't. I had to take out my own trash. Hang my towels towels to dry. It was an absolute mess. I complained to 4 different associates, so that makes it way worse. It's sad that the staff don't care about the costumer. Totally disappointed and will not be back.

The pool was dirty and full of bugs; unusable. Hot tub out of service. The room was ready late. 4:30 not 4. The rooms were clean, but there were many spots of mold and rust in bathrooms. Beds were comfy. Good size suites with 2 bathrooms. There was no breakfast which was not listed in advance of booking. No coffee in the room or lobby. However, there are several nice breakfast places nearby and Starbucks. Walking distance to knottsberry farm. It's clear they are attempting to remodel. We were in one of the older rooms. Request a remodeled room and there probably won't be mold. Really nice friendly staff just in need of some updates.

Friendly staff greets you as you enter. The room was clean, big fluffy pillows and the bed was comfortable. The room was cold with no working heater. I expressed my concern at check out and was promptly given a discount. No breakfast offered at the time of this post.

What a FILTHY dirty hotel! Don't be fooled by the bright, clean lobby. The rooms are dark, dirty and dingy. We had to change rooms upon arrival due to our room being dirty. Cockroaches on the floor, mold on the bathroom ceiling, and remnants of who-knows-what running down the walls in the rooms. The door to our room wouldn't even close all the way. No continental breakfast in the morning, nor a grab 'n go. Very disappointed and just plain grossed out. This is the kind of hotel that gives the rest of the Quality Inns a bad name. What a shame.

11 am however when they are not fully booked you can request a late check out which is extends you to noon.
You can request a mini fridge and a microwave.....however it's only a request. In short if they may not have any available to give to you.
You can also park there until you check in. I was even able to check in early because there was a room available
