We have ordered from this location many times since it opened but the last 2 times we got food that we would not eat. The dryest cheesesteak and buffalo chicken sub ever with unmelted cheese. I called the store to get them remade, returned with the sandwiches where the manager on duty came out to refund my money without anything remotely like an apology. When I commented he told me it was because there was nothing wrong with the sandwich. I'm sorry I expect something other than a dry sandwich. I don't think it's too much to ask to get my items as expected ( and previously received from jersey Mike's )-not dry! So disappointed and won't be back.

Portions on tub (mobile) orders are hit or miss... Staff should be trained in what a full serving should look like. I go here once or twice a week and even though most times I come my order is perfect, a couple times I'll end up with a tub that looks like a half order.. Which I don't understand, given I order the same thing every time.. Pickup times are reasonable, food always tastes great. Should consider getting some to-go packets of vinegar.

When I pay $20+ dollars on a sandwich it better be amazing. I have always loved Jersey mikes but the last 3 sandwiches I’ve gotten from this location have been awful! Super dry and over cooked bread ruined the whole thing. The first time I called and complained and was told I could come pick up a new sandwich for free. The original one I received had ridiculously dry bread. Like you picked it up and it crumbled apart. I picked up my new sandwich and it was okay. Still not great but because they were willing to try to make it right I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Today when I ordered my sandwich this is what it looked like when it arrived. This is white bread, but it’s so over cooked it looks wheat. When I called to complain this time I was told “all our bread is baked fresh. Sorry you aren’t happy but next time I will make sure it’s perfectly baked.” Unfortunately there will be no next time for me. So so so disappointed.

Love their sandwiches, the staff are always nice, but that soda machine! It’s super sticky in the space they have the self serve fountain, every visit I think my shoes will stick to the floor. (Now I just don’t get a soda).
