Although I didn't buy my Trek Allant+ 8S e-bike here, I now take it to O&B's for service. I would love to repair bikes myself at home, but my enthusiasm often exceeds my talent. Sal and Jeremy never make me feel like an idiot when I ask basic questions and need help. They're knowledgeable, respectful and appear to be generally nice guys. I'm lucky to have a Bosch-certified shop in the Upper Valley.

This place rocks, if you have the bank to spend. It is not for the faint of heart, or those looking for bikes for their grandkids. The staff has always impressed me w their knowledge, if not their enthusiasm. Were I in the market to upgrade, this is where I would start. Their winter selections are excellent as well. Bought snowshoes for a couple of my kids last December. The staffer was helpful; and, I think we ended up w the best choices. I will always return, when I am not feeling frugal.

I stopped at Omer and Bob's for a repair to my disc brake cable before going out on the Northern Rail Trail. The mechanic was nice to try to fix my cable attachment to the caliper but the job ended up being much more complex than he or I imagined. Nevertheless, he persevered and ultimately fix the brake so we could successfully use the bike. I can't say enough about how great it is to find a bike shop that will help out an out of town rider to fix a problem. Despite working on the bike for 30-45 minutes, he did not want to charge me because of the temporary nature of the fix. We ended up buying a couple of hundred of dollars other clothing and other gear (before the bike was even fixed). Can't say enough about the good people at Omer and Bob's.

This is a local sports store and shop for biking, skiing, tennis and running. They sell as well as repair and maintain equipment. Their service in mounting my skiing equipment was fast and very reasonably priced.
