I stopped in the store on May 3, 2022 to purchase wiper blades and hopefully have the staff help putting them on. The guy was alone in the store but handled himself amazingly well between phone calls and customers and still able to help me with the wipers. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a great deal of credit for his great attitude. Give him a raise.

Well stocked store. They had parts that other stores did not have. Friendly, courteous, attentive staff. All types of fluids, bulbs, cleaners, etc. Well stocked parts counter.

They are sometimes helpful but the wait is terrible. Spent 40min waiting on an online order to get checked in from the night before. I understand staff shortages, but it would be helpful to update your closing hours. I had my car apart at 7pm expecting to pickup an order only to find a printed sign saying closed at 6pm until further notice. I ordered parts Sunday night and my parts that were supposed to be in stock will hopefully be ready Tuesday. When I order online at Advanced I am in and out in 5mins.

I got a flat tire and they were incredibly helpful while I was trying to change it in their parking lot. I had tons of questions and they walked me right threw it. Such great staff
