I have a business and I am getting everyday deliveries and when I have something to send 1 or 2 boxs I give it to the driver and he takes it with no problem But since they changed drivers the new driver refusing to take the boxs I checked on ups website and here is what it says " Pro Tip: Keep in mind, you can always hand off a pre-labeled package to your UPS driver when they’re delivering to your home or place of business. " When I called the 800 number they say the same as the website but when I spoke to the local customers service they say only if it's a (RS ) label its just confusing if the local ups has a different policy then the regular ups Please advise And we did contact with a direct message to ups on Instagram they responded we are sorry and you can drive down to 1 of our locations and to drop the package and not looking to solve these issues

I just wanted to explain my frustration and disappointment in the staff that USPS hires. I run a business and has been working/shipping my supplies to the customers via usps for almost 5 years worth of 4-5k/month. Sometimes the customers place their orders last minute and I drive 30 mins to drop them off to the USPS_Murray hill Nanuet location. I understand and respect everyone’s working hours, but I came 1 minute late before the location closing and the guy was very rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional!!! Then the person who called himself a “manager” attempted to throw my box at me, while yelling and being very disrespectful! I don’t understand how USPS could hire and not train their employees. I also have people working for me and we work with the customers I would never think that I would allow my employees to speak to someone in that manner. I just wanted the USPS to action on this, while I will not leave it here and will take this complaint to the higher instances.

Just left the office the The gentleman I believe his name is Richie was very helpful and me signing in you know you know hes very attentive definitely need more customer representatives or employees with employees with that type of enthusiasm I was very pleased with his service and my whole experience at UPS
