This is home! The grounds are absolutely stunning. Chris and Pam are STELLAR! My apartment was in excellent shape when I moved in 2 years ago. Couldn’t be happier. I literally feel like I’m on a vacation that never ends ❤️

The apartments are spacious and the staff if excellent! Quick response and great maintenance people. They are continually upgrading and redecorating public areas.

Loved living in Laurel Village. The location is super convenient and the people are fantastic. Genuinely kind neighbors in the building, the manager and his right hand employee are great. Super understanding and helpful at all times. The buildings are beautifully decorated and even the mailman that comes in is sweet. Our apartment itself is beautiful, a great size and the kitchen is gorgeous. Allowed to paint, hang items and shelves on the walls, even put stick on backsplashes in the kitchen. Really encouraged to make the apartment your own. Parking is great, never have an issue with finding a parking spot. My cat is allowed here which is a HUGE win. Easy to submit maintenance requests. Overall a great place to live and I will constantly recommend to people.

Pretty quiet place and staff is friendly. Beware of drainage issues in the shower and kitchen sink. Came home to a flooded kitchen. I also have a clogged shower drain every other month. Dirty water from other units back up into my tub. After maintenance finally comes, I’m left with the mess to clean up. It’s absolutely ridiculous and disgusting.
