Customer service here is horrible. All the employees seem miserable and don't want to be at work.

Terrible service. Passport service people were totally unhelpful. Wish I didn't waste my time at this post office.

I did online scheduling for two passport . The man that helped us, told me I used wrong application for one of the passports. WHICH was FALSE! SHOWED him print out of application process from USPS online. YES, It was CORRECT he just didn't want to do TWO passports! We finish processing the two passports ($250)but two weeks later I receive a letter from Dept. of State noting I need to send them correct Social security numbers FOR BOTH APPLICATIONS??? WHAT are the chances of this happening... DO NOT GO to this POST OFFICE!!! GLAD I didn't need these passports till the summer.

Worst customer service I have been to many other post offices but this was probably the worst service . We arrived 3 mins late due to heavy traffic and the gentleman would not take our application!!! He has such an attitude! No courtesy , no politeness nothing!! He said come back another day. There was no one behind us waiting in the line .. and there were 2 hrs left for the closing !!

Library Mail is an inexpensive way for libraries, academic institutions, museums, nonprofits and similar organizations can send items on loan to one another. These groups can mail up to 70 pounds of books, sound recordings, academic theses and other related media at a time for one low cost. Media Mail is a cost-effective way to send media materials through the U.S. Postal Service. You can send books, videotapes, DVDs, CDs, printed music and other sound recordings through Media Mailas long as they weigh less than 70 pounds.
