Rob and his team are awesome!! They're friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I came in to buy a Sena 50S on Sunday and Rob and (I'll add his name once I remember it) were nice enough to take the time to install it for me. Rob also immediately informed me that my helmet wasn't tight enough (which I knew but very much appreciated him noticing/caring and offering to fit me for a new one). I also had an issue with a another location and Rob was very quick offering to resolve it for me. Recommending this location to everyone and 1000% always making the extra drive from Concord, NH down to Woburn, MA just for the amazing service!!

Yes, Riders Plus Membership has a yearly membership with discounts, rewards and other perks. Any employee at the store can fill you in and sign you up.
Call your local Cycle Gear store. Or head to the website and click "Stores" at the top. Search for your store and click "Set as My Store" button. When you look at a product's page you can see if it is available at your local store.
Check out the careers page on the website. If you go into the store they'll probably tell you the same thing so you can apply right on the online site.
Yup, they’ll accept returns for online orders as long as you are returning the items within 90 days of receipt and it's in new unused condition with all the original tags and packaging. Make sure you have your order number on hand.
