If you’re looking for an automotive repair shop who’ll treat your car like their own, then this is the place for you! Quick Lube, in Pinellas Park did my oil change on 6/17. Fast forward to a week later, I’m driving down on I4 with my daughter in the car when my engine locked! Had my car towed to Ice Cold Air and they let me know that Quick Lube failed to put my oil drain plug back in and I had ZERO oil in my engine. They didn’t charge me for this and directed me to what my next steps should be to have Quick Lube replace my motor. Thanks to Chris, the owner of Ice Cold Air and his mechanic, Brandon!

Brought my car in to fix a/c. Told them I had no way of getting home and I brought a book to read and would sit outside and wait, which I did. The next day A/C was blowing HOT! He asked when I would bring it back I brought it back two days later expecting to wait and although my appt was at 8:30 was told their technician would not be in til 11! I was told I could not wait!!He said he asked me on the phone if I had a ride and I said yes! Never asked me!! And his workman was standing there and said he heard the conversation and I said I had a ride!!!! TWO liars!!! I said refund me my $500 since they did not fix the problem. He refused and ordered me off the property. I told him I wasn't leaving until he refunded me or fixed the ,a/c! He called the police!! They were very nice but they said the owner said they never worked on my car!!! I showed the officer my bill! He just shook his head and said being that it's private property I have to leave so I did. Called Corporate headquarters and they told me I could go to another shop, which I did on 34 the St in Pinellas Park. Was treated well by this shop in fact the owner drive me home and back! Stay away from Chris on Firth St. Dishonest and arrogant!!!!,

When I moved to St Pete 8 months ago, I started having some car issues and stumbled upon Chris at Ice Cold Air on 4th. Chris has always been friendly, helpful, and transparent, which is hard to come by these days. In addition to having my oil changed with fully synthetic oil for only $27 after taxes, I now take my girlfriends care there as well. But the reason I am writing this review is because yesterday my engine was clicking a bit. As a result, I immediately went to Ice Cold Air because I knew the guys would gladly help. Brandon, who is the new manager there, took a look at my car and said it could be a couple things. It could need a new lifter which would be upwards of $1,000 or we could try to put some oil in my engine to see if that helps, and he recommended some products for my situation. He also noticed I was really low on oil and put almost 6 qts in my car. If never even charged me! Where most companies would put pressure for the $1,000 repair and one time sale, the guys at Ice Cold Air will treat you as a friend and earn your business for life. This is why I’ll never take my car to another repair shop!
