Unreliable and will rip you off. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for several years when the “truck broke down” and the other excuses for not picking up on the scheduled day. When I canceled, they sent a bill for 21.00 (really? After all the times they didn’t show up?) Then sent to collections with no call or forewarning only a few months later for 75.00!! Of course I disputed once I finally discovered it.

Myers Container Service definitely will work with its customers if they communicate. This is a business relationship . I had dumpsters on my property for over 2 years and my representative, Rob, was amazing. He gave me personalized customer service from the beginning through the end. If I did move away I would still be a customer. If there is a problem, call the office and talk with them. They are human beings so just remember to treat them kindly. I do appreciate everything and there are ups and downs in every business relationship, just be willing to try to find an amicable solution. Thanks Myers!

Horrible service. Recycling bins aren't always emptied and are often left deliberately in the middle of the driveway entrance when they could just as easily have been left in their proper place. Driver is rude and unintelligent, and management has been unhelpful in solving the problem.

They get 1 star because it doesn't allow 0! I live in a condo association and Myers' rule is that if a neighbor puts their trash to close to mine and the driver thinks it is my trash Myers bills me for the "extra" trash at my place. When I called Meyers to explain the confusion they told me to collect the extra fees from my neighbor and they will not refund the extra $13.50 charge. This place is horrible and I will do everything I can to get the association switch to a reasonable company. I wouldn't trust this company to pick up my trash, oh wait, that's exactly the problem!
