These people are the worst. Going all the way back to when they first installed this system, they've been nothing but problems and bad attitudes. There's a little valve at the inlet to the system. It has seeped water since the day they installed this about 10 years ago. Their only solution was to mail me a part and expect me to repair their faulty installation. That valve seeps water to this day. I wanted them to do a bacteria test on the water coming into the system. I paid them to come out and take a sample. The guy showed up and insisted on taking the sample downstream of the system, when the whole point of he visit was to check it up stream of the system, before it came into the house. Then, even though the test wasn't what I wanted, I never did get any results. I called repeatedly about it. They would never let me talk to the owner, Everett. They always said I had to talk to someone else (who was never there) and would never call back. If you visit their website, it has an email address for contact. I have sent multiple emails to that address never a response. The only positive review they have, if not a shill review, was apparently written by a guy for whom something as simple as swapping out a clogged filter was equivalent to the Manhattan Project. Their office staff, Nicole in particular, has the worst customer service attitude I ever encountered. Don't like what they're getting from them? The office women make it very clear they could not care less. I will NEVER do any more business with these people.

On Saturday, May 28th at approximately 10am one of their male employees (short dark hair) stopped at a red light on Shelburne road and proceeded to take his seatlbelt off, lean out the window, turn around and scream at me as I sat in my vehicle behind him. Is that a part of your employee training? Road raging isn’t a great look for your company. Absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing to be acting like that as a grown adult.

Culligan Water Conditioning of The Green Mountain is a Best In Vermont quality company with an impressive customer focused staff and management. This was especially true during the pandemic of 2020 when our system required repair and maintenance. Kim, the office manager arranged for their top engineer Lorrie to call us and talk us through resolving restricted water flow at the house and too perform the quarterly maintenance of our Culligan Water Softening and Filtration System Lorrie was caring and compassionate to our plight and very patent in her instruction. She made an extraordinary effort to get this surprisingly complicated feat accomplished, including using humor to get us through the toughest parts of the repair that was an arduous soaking-wet effort. Lorrie is the most competent, knowledgeable, exemplary professional setting the standard for best-of-the-best quality customer service. Our family is proud to recommend Culligan Water Conditioning of The Green Mountain for all your water treatment and filtering needs.
