Working with RB Auto Service is about as smooth as getting major repairs done on a car can be. They offered and provided transportation for me whenever I needed it, and even when I didn't. I had a couple of repairs that required coordination with the dealership that they completely managed and needed nothing from me except my approval. The work was completed in a timely fashion with constant communication. Julie and AJ and the people behind the scenes were great. I intend to return for any future service needs.

This is by far THE BEST place I have ever brought a car. Julie and Molly were exceptionally friendly and their communication and customer service is excellent, clear, and fair. John built my trust by bringing me back into the garage to show me exactly what was wrong with my car and what they would do to fix it. I have never had a place take the time to do that with me, and it absolutely built my trust in their expertise. Their waiting room is comfortable and they go above and beyond to make the experience a good one. Can't recommend them highly enough!
