I had a nut and bolt snap on my 12 year old Ariens snowblower in the blizzard to weeks ago at the chute causing me to bandaid fix it with zip ties which made it almost impossible to control the chute and keep it from falling off. With the upcoming storm on Friday this would not be acceptable to continue to use this way. Called in and spoke with Matt and gave him my model number and within minutes he emailed me a schematic of my machine and we figured out what parts I needed which luckily he had in stock. Thank you again Matt for such prompt and effective customer service, as well as caring about your job.
