I have Ariens snow machine, 920 series The problem I have with it is that the belt is broken. It’s not moving by itself unless I push it. I will be happy if your company can come and pick it up for repair, I live in Randolph .

They do offer pickup, you just have to call to schedule. It is an additional fee on top of the repair.
