Everytime I come here I leave satisfied. Young crowd but they all seem passionate about what they do and are always happy doing their job ( I'm young myself lol). They thoroughly check everything and change my oil while I wait in my car. They have always explained everything to me when I ask without making faces like other mechanics. I see negative reviews about comparing their services to other top mechanics who discovered things 1) this is not an automechanic shop 2) from experience, most mechanics are rats that lie about parts and changes made (not all but most) just to get you to spend. These folks don't have an incentive as they are not shop owners plus they probably get paid hourly not commission and could care less if you buy their recommendations or not so what lucre are people complaining about?

Came here to get my oil changed, they recommended tire rotation and air filter, after they completed the work the low tire pressure light was on and hasn't gone away like they said it would. They said it would go away after I drive it a few miles. I don't think there's any certified mechanic working here. If there unable to reset the TPMS system! They shouldn't be offering tire rotation or any type of tire service. Why would they mislead there customers with false claims that there qualified to provide this type of service.The cost for the tire rotation was $29.99 not worth the cost or my time if they can't do the job correctly. They need to correct there mistake or provide a full refund. Not interested in apologies or excuses for there poorly trained employees. Make it right Valvoline!
