Staff is rude and most have very little knowledge about crafts. If there is an error you question they simply say oh well, it is what it is.

Today I picked up an on-line fabric order. Faith confirmed my order on the phone and delivered it “curbside.” Pick-ups were plentiful and from what I could see, service was very good. Thank you for being available during the pandemic. With so much uncertainty out there, it is nice to be able to enjoy a hobby and feel like one is still in familiar territory at this stressful time. Thank you!

Joann fabrics. I'm going to remember this. Literally sent me a msg to pick up my order at 4:30. I rush over to pick it up. I arrived at 5:10. Called the store to tell them that I'm outside, and was told that I was too late. I can literally see you in the store! It will take you no more than 20 ft to get to me. Is it too much to just bring me my order that I paid for!? Am I being totally unreasonable? The woman literally told me that "once the doors close, theres no way to reopen it" what!!? Are you selling craft supplies or guarding the national strategic gold reserve? You're Joann Fabrics, not Fort Knox.

Cashier was very nice but when I was at the cutting area the woman seemed very rude to me. I had put my other items on the table not realizing that I put it in a bad spot. Oops. But instead of asking me nicely to move the items, the woman rudely said I can't cut anything with your stuff there. I apologized twice and said I didn't realize. She went back to cutting and didn't say that's okay or anything at all but she seemed very stand off-ish and it just didn't seem that friendly. I understand that working in retail employees may not seem to want to be there, but please let's just make every body's day better and just be friendly because at the end of the day it's not that serious. Laught a little. Move on. Stop being miserable. Because I promise you that even just smiling back at someone and being kind makes all the difference. Even if you're having a bad day, being kind to other people will actually make your day better too.

Yes but you'll need a mask
Probably not. You can find it on ebay.
I do not know. Saw one in Manchester.
