Went to this location to take my kiddo to KFC for the first time. She wanted to dine in but we were unable to. The doors were locked... At 6PM... even though the sign on the door said hours of operation were from 10:00AM - 10:00PM. There was a guy sitting inside eating with his kid I presume. They saw us. He waved us away. This was really bizarre and unwelcoming. My daughter started crying. 0 stars. And KFC has the absolute worst customer service. They didn't even attempt to offer anything at all. They don't care in the least. Any time I've had an issue at Popeyes they always make it right.

Soooo sad… they gave us the wrong items, ordered the pot pie but got a bowl. The tender piece looks so small it is literally as big as a finger. Fries are filled only half in the little box. I’m so sorry but there were so many things wrong it is just really sad.

This is the first time I’ve been at KFC since 2006 and believe me I was not upset. The chicken sandwich was good, definitely contender to Chick-fil-A. The fries were Poppin. The biscuit was fairly dry but the macaroni and cheese made up for it.

I LOVE their chicken. Every time I go, I get a manager. They are always so nice!
