I came in while it was not busy at all. The girl that was working there didn’t acknowledge me or the people behind me for over 10 minutes. They only had two orders and all of them were working on it. I kept asking for someone to take my order and she didn’t even answer me the first few times while the other guys just kept looking at me acting busy on two orders. She was very rude when she came to take my order so I asked for manager, she didn’t even answer my questions and rudely said do you want to order or what ? She even lied about being the manger, then she stormed off and didn’t take my order. I thanked them for their hospitality and left. I work 10 hour shifts and we’re busy till closing and I have never left a customer for that amount of time even if we had 10 orders on the grill. I can’t believe how rude and how she made it personal for no reason. Of course she doesn’t care if the restaurant lost a customer. I’m never coming back again. Very rude and unprofessional

Wings are alright, definitely not worth the $$ they charge, in my opinion. Some of the garlic parmesan wings seemed to be a little dry, in my opinion. Food took a while for them to make, probably waited about 45 minutes for a simple order of 30 wings in 3 flavors. To be fair, it was around 5:30-6pm, so they were pumping out pickup orders while we waited, but, it also seemed like others were waiting a while for their meals, too. That being said, their atomic wings (the hottest ones they have) are much less spicy than BWW's spiciest (some carolina reaper flavor), but this was actually a nice change. It was not too spicy where you can't enjoy them (unlike BWW), but it was the perfect amount of heat. I think honestly they could have gone even hotter without overdoing them if they wanted to. If you like spicy, get the atomic, it's definitely enjoyable without overdoing things. If you want a challenge, go to BWW. Overall, staff was nice but service was very slow. Wings are decent, but seem a little overpriced, in my opinion. I think I would go here again during a less busy time.

Really lovely options for the wings with different spiciness levels. Served fresh and hot. Their loaded fries are amazing. The staff are very welcoming and always happy to help you and guide you through the menu. The place was clean. It deserves 5 stars.
