The cashier with the stretched ears was a miserable little girl. She wasn't helpful and got frustrated with me when I had to look up my accounts phone number. She copped an attitude when I asked to put my dog treats in a bag, seeing as they didn't have those little cellophane bags for the individual treats at the endcap I got them from, stating "I don't know where you are from, but we don't do that here." Well I am FROM AROUND HERE, and the bag roll was present but empty, so indeed you DO that, but your lazy self won't refill the bags so I don't need to ask for a bag. I don't know how anyone could pet doggos all day and still have an attitude. She must have been a cat person.

Chris was awesome. He helped us make the best decisions for our new pets answered every question we had (and boy did we have alot). The staff was friendly and the store was clean. I'll be returning to pick out my 2nd parakeet so my bird has some company. Thank you Chris for all your hard work!

Smart at Merritt Boulevard it's really great usually always have what you need. I ordered online and had it delivered 40 lb of dog food had a great price. You don't see this kind of dog food on sale much but PetSmart had it and the delivery was right on time and she was very nice I will do this again next month. I go here to have my pet groomed and their nails cut also. The employees are very nice and always have you a good morning and a smile I like the PetSmart at Merritt I will be going back again and again

He was perfect, smells good they always do a good job with him and I trust them i have never have had problems with the groming him.
