I came here with my brother to move some stuff out of his grandmothers storage and we couldn’t get the gate to unlock because we were entering the code wrong. We didn’t know we had to put * and then the numbers and then # … the lady in the office “Q” saw us struggling and she said to us are you entering the code right ? I said yes because I thought I was and she said let me see the card and she entered the code and told me I needed to put * the numbers and then # she was very nice, I felt bad because it was cold outside but thank you miss Q.
