Hot ghetto mess! Was in there 7-3-22 at 6pm. Took over 20 minutes for three burgers. Allot of joking and playing amongst the staff. No real management leadership. Unprofessional. Going to report to corporate in detail about the unprofessional rude staff and management.

Got a bacon chz burger w/onions & peppers- literally 1 small sliver of green pepper-& my strawberry shake was like milk they made a 2nd time & it was same- milk! Not a shake!

GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION ! VERY CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT ! under NEW Management ,which I found out after conversing with the staff, talked to them late in the evening ,shortly before closing, SUPER friendly crew ! staff and ESPECIALLY THE NEW MANAGEMENT ! I was VERY IMPRESSED with the NEW manager !! it's the Closest five Guys to me, conveniently located near my new house, it was my very FIRST time visiting the store physically, i will be visiting there A LOT MORE ! :)

This place was clean, ready for business and Covid ready. Staffing was friendly and polite. Service efficient, and inside had more than apple seating for distancing for about 20 persons. Outside signs were visible and the store easily accessible from the highway. Plenty of parking also accessible. As usual, their burgers and fries were wonderful.
