Purchased a 42” XT2 mower from Taplin a couple years back and had a great experience from purchase to delivery. This week when I had a problem with a missing bracket for my double bagger, Mike drove the piece out to my house, installed it and made a few passes on my lawn to make sure all was working as expected. You just don’t see this kind of service anymore, can’t recommend these guys highly enough!

Nice people, took snowblower in on warranty. Guess it didn't start for them so they cleaned carb out fresh fuel in it got it running and yup charged me for it! Didn't ask for it but oh well

Recent visits at Taplin was a customer service plus experience. Our 21 year old snow blower broke so we visited to look around.. Immaculate clean business and we were waited on by pleasant, courteous worker...A.J...we went back after a couple of days as we decided to make a purchase and had great help from the knowledgeable salesman Mike and in 20 minutes, transaction was done and instructions shown and explained to us..It was delivered 2 days later as we were getting a storm. (thanks Wanda) and the delivery person was also great.he started it up and reviewed it with us again..I highly recommend Taplin..Great shopping experience in these difficult times.

How long I had to wait was absolutely outrageous! 1 and a half months to get 2 little parts shipped in and put in my mower is crazy. 140$ for parts and they also charged 2 hrs if labor and I had to pay over $300 and wait 1.5 months to get my mower back. This place is great but this is my first time dealing with a repair and I I’m shocked.
