I had an incredible experience with Jeff Duffy at Sarat Ford. This will sound weird but he is not a car salesman! He is a kind, genuine down to earth person helping you keep your sanity while shopping for a car during these times. He listened to my needs and concerns and followed through on everything he said he would. No run around on the car or price. I love my car and I will be going back to Jeff at Sarat Ford.

Excellent customer service. If you are truly looking for a service rep that is honest and knowledgeable you need to see Marcy at Sarat Ford. She works hard for her customers. Your representative is the person you trust when seeking service. They are the front lines. They are the connection to the mechanic and getting the vehicle fixed. I totally trust Sarat Ford to provide the necessary maintenance on my vehicle.

We ordered a 22 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve in October 2021. Something happened with the order, so the Sales Manager must have prioritized a new order in February and we received the vehicle March 14th. Many Kudos to the Sales Manager. Unfortunately, I noticed the vehicle has some defects from when it was built. I emailed our great salesman, John D. the pics and he sent them to Service to address. I also called Lincoln on 3/21/22 and explained the situation. Andrew from Lincoln said he would contact the dealer and call me back by Wednesday 3/23/22. As of today 3/28/22 a week later, I haven't hear from Lincoln or Sarat. Based upon not hearing from Sarat or Lincoln I can only give Sarat a 2 star rating at this point. I hope to hear from them very soon regarding how the vehicle build defects will be resolved. More to come to fully determine a rating for support after the sale. May 13/22 Happy to report our 22 Lincoln Nautilus has been corrected. The rating increase from 2 to 4 is reflective of Sarat Ford.

Jacob, the service manager is always professional and friendly! His team has never disappointed me. My Lincoln MKZ runs smooth because of their attention to detail, sprinkled with genuine care. I Love my Lincoln and I enjoy visiting Sarat Ford! They make me feel like family.
