Clean rest area. 4 vending machines in building; 2 inoperable. They do accept credit cards- you'll need it for that small bag of chips that cost $2.50!! Minimum parking. 24 hour attendant was invisible. Geez... state of WV.. what's wrong with a few food trucks with some decent eats for those essential truckers out there who delivered those essential masks, and every other essential product people need! Arghhhh.
