Woooow. If I could give no stars I would. So this place was recommended to me by several people. I took my cat in a couple weeks ago to be groomed and not only was the groomer going so fast and rough with my cat I thought she was tweaked out on meth, but when I kept saying my cat was done with her she kept going anyways. I called a week and a half ago to complain and potentially ask for my money back. The manager told me she’d call and talk to the owner and call me back within a few days. She never called me back, so I just called to follow up with her and she said it was a misunderstanding and the groomer didn’t think I was telling her to stop. She said she could offer another grooming and when I said no her regular groomer is back open so I’ll take her there instead... and she huffed and HUNG UP on me!!!! I’ve told my experience to a number of people, including her regular groomer who I just saw to fix the nails that lady messed up, and I’ve heard nothing but bad things about that particular groomer. So be warned, do NOT take your cat here!!! Very poor service and attitudes.
