Okay but a little pricey. Staff organizing the rock climb tried to say 3 different climbs was all that was allowed even though purchased unlimited? I could understand if there were a line but we went in the am and it was empty. 8 year old daughter had to clip herself as staff didn't want to bother. So be warned.

The over crowding wasn’t the biggest concern as all the children did whatever they wanted on 90% of the equipment. If it’s under 48 inches kids run crazy. No supervision on some areas. The staff were more worried about adults in the wrong areas (looking for kids) then the kids doing things they weren’t supposed to. I gave it 2 instead of 1 because the place could be amazing if run like sky zone, more staff and staff that enforces their rules (so kids don’t get hurt which happened to us with a kid running across a trampoline we were using).

I read through a lot of reviews to see if I was off base with my review. The owner/manager keeps commenting on reviews that they are going to improve. Doesn't look like they are. Number one, the place is dirty. Every garbage can was overflowing to the point that trash on falling on the floor. Every empty table was disgusting. The super young employees have zero desire to even attempt to be helpful. The girl at the front gave us socks and wristbands without even verifying that we purchased anything. The guy at the concession area had earbuds in both ears and clearly didn't want to do even the bare minimum. They don't allow outside food, yet the kitchen was closed. Food options include burnt pizza or stale popcorn. There's absolutely nothing in the way of safety protocol besides harnesses. There were fully grown teenagers running full speed and tackling each other right next to small children. Also, hope you like weed, because that's what it smells like here. For $70 for two hours of play, take your kids elsewhere. It's a cool concept, but until they get better management, I'd say stay away.

Had a birthday party, everything goes fine how Urban Air in myself collaborated on the decorations for the room, the timeliness of drinks and food could have been a little better we were sitting there eating are icees I'm still waiting on food to arrive the girls had drunk half of their ice he's already you want to go back out on the floor to do more activities. My daughter (birthday girl) felt like the attention was not on her for a second, but was on basketball on the TV. Until I made an announcement to turn off the tv and all eyes on the (Birthday Girl). It was a good price to spend over $200+ on a party.....it was noisy somewhat crowded, activities lines were not that long of a wait. I would say overall 7/10 stars.

An ultimate ticket gives access to all attractions was $27 each and socks are $3 so $30 plus taxes per person
17 / 22 / 27 each price point gives you different access with the 27 gives you access to just about everything. Full details are on their website https://www.urbanairtrampolinepark.com/locations/ohio/cincinnati
