Another great day on the river with Brad! He taught my son fly selection, how to read the water, and priceless River knowledge. This was my fifth guided trip with REO and I highly recommend!

The best kayaking place I’ve tried in the Dayton area. The online booking and waivers are super nice to use, plus you’ll get reminder emails and texts. They buses they use were big and clean. They have staff who help you launch as well as get out at the end. But the simplest but best part of this place compared to others? The fact that they’ll keep your car keys on hooks for you while you’re out lol.

Really enjoyed our trip!! We had little kids with with us (between the ages of 5 and almost 2 years old) and they fit perfectly in the kayaks. The staff were all really helpful & cheerful & made the whole experience very smooth & stress free! The river was high, but clean and smooth riding, & the kids got to see turtles, little fish & birds! Would totally go back!!

Had a blast doing the short kayak tour. All of the facilities were clean and the staff was quite courteous. Gear was clean as well. Individual rental includes life vest, paddle, and kayak rental plus transportation to the launch site. Staff also helps you get into and out of the river. Tickets are cheap compared to what you get. Highly recommend!

Saw someone out there Saturday on a riversedge kayak with a poodle. Have know idea if you have to make special arrangements or pay more.
Yes, as long as they have waivers signed by a parent, they are good to go.
The 3.5 miles takes about 1.5 hours if you just take your time and never get out. But you can take as long as you want as long as you are back by 6pm. Simple math to figure out the longer ones.👍
Our minimum is age 3 and 30 lbs of body weight. If your 2/12 year old is over 30 lbs they will probably be ok, especially in a raft.
3 adults can be in one 3 seat canoe. The total weight of the 3 cannot exceed 500 lbs. 2 small to medium sized children can be on the 3rd seat, with 2 adults as well.
Probably easiest to go to riversedgeoutfitters.com. A kayak on the 2 hour trip is $32 and a kayak is $37 on the 4 hour trip. A canoe is $45 and $50.
The drop off point for the shortest trip is at Constitution Park near Spring Valley. The medium length trip is at a Graf Mill Park near Bellbrook, and the longest trip starts at The Narrows Reserve Park near Beavercreek.
We take you and your kayak to our drop off points for $20. And thanks to Michelle, Austin and Brian.
