The owner is very personable and knows her craft! She's lengthening two pair of tennis shoes so I can wear thick, cushioned socks with them. Also, love her three furry kitty co-owners! The black kitty is a real lover of affection!

She fixed my everyday clodhopper/motorcycle/take-Momma-shopping/wear- them-to-church boots. Did a good job and additionally added a thicker sole on the left to compensate for a damaged leg. When they wear out I'll take them there again. Thank you!
