It was my first time in the store and it was a great experience! Troy did an exceptional job helping me to purchase an A/C part for my A/C unit and I was so grateful to him for all of his help. I will definitely be back to shop again soon.

There is no better hardware store anywhere around Ocoee/Winter Garden area that has the quality of service that Bray's has. Your greeted as soon as you step foot in the store and after another 5 steps you'll find someone who can tell you what aisle has what you're looking for. I could go to Lowe's or Home Depot and walk a mile (seems like a mile) and not find someone to assist me. Bray Ace Hardware may be a few pennies more in cost but getting in and out is well worth it. I think everyone at Bray's is trained how to cut keys, where as the other stores have that one guy you got to find. This is one of the few places I would give more than 5 stars.

I just bought a Weber Grill from the fine folks at Toole's Ace Hardware. It was already assembled and ready for Father's day. The staff brought it out and loaded it up with care. It's like they know that this is a special purchase for you and they treat it that way. They have a full line of accessories too. I could not be happier with the attention that a Grill buyers gets at Toole's Ace Hardware! If you like to Grill, Ace is the grilling place for sure!

Most of the time they don't offer that service because the bit goes bad after a certain period of time so I would say no if I had to take an educated guess
